Do you hold a Level 3 personal training qualification or above?

You will be asked to provide your certificate.

Do you hold current public liability insurance?

You will be asked to provide your policy document.

How many years have you been actively training clients?

Years actually coaching, not years since qualifying.

Have you trained a client continuously for six months or longer?

Retention tells us more than any certificate does.

A client mentions a niggle, say a sore shoulder or lower back, but still wants to train. What do you do?
